Default MBOX 3 Pro CPTK2 or Native HD

Im looking into building a rig for a new studio.

Is there any advantage buying a HD Native over an MBOX 3 Pro CPTK2 besides sync I/0 and obviously the analogue level out of the MBOX 3 is low.
I use a DMM and got through DAC to feed my VU.

I think Hd native has may features over any mbox system that relate to post production.

1, Video Satellite.

2, Destructive Record

3, More then 16 inputs (not sure if this is right. M boxes only have 16 or 8 ins?)

Those are the things I need every day for audio post.

Best,
Brandon

Do you record your stems and mixes back out of the desk?
I can live with out 16 inputs.
Vid Sat would be nice, I can live with out destructive record.. pretty quick to consolidate region and spit another mix.

My Rig, will be for mostly stereo TV.. to start with.

Destructive Punch is a beautiful thing
if you need to lay back to a deck go Native between having a Sync HD and maybe Machine Control it's the better package
