I bought Pro Tools 11 with the Eleven Rack when it came out 2-3 summers ago. I then decided to stay with PT 10 while all the bugs were worked out.

It seems like the deal was that the customers who bought PT 11 would get a free upgrade to 12 when it came out. The latest version I see in my Products list 11.3.1.

After buying PT 11 am I entitled to PT 12 and it's updates? If so, can someone direct me to the link or provide the info I need to make it available.

Can you elaborate on why you think that was the deal at that time? Did you read that specifically from the place where you purchased the Eleven Rack?

Pro Tools 12 is only available to those on an upgrade/support plan. Did you get a support plan with your purchase?

Pro Tools 12 was released in March 2015, so if you bought your Eleven Rack in 2013 or 2012, there were no upgrade plans at that time. If you could be more specific and offer an actual purchase date that would be helpful. But from what you have said, then I do not suspect that you purchased your Eleven Rack at a time when you would have qualified for a free upgrade as support plans did not exist 2-3 years ago.
