Daisy Chaining Firewire with 003
want to buy a TC Powercore Firewire, will i have any issues if i go
Mac>003>TC Powercore Firewire

Only if you turn off your 003 and you still want to use the TC.. the 003's FW ports don't pass data through if it's turned off.

The SIIG firewire card is in use here to get two busses for all my goodies. Multiple ports on the mac does NOT mean there are multiple firewire busses, even fw800 and fw400 ports share the same bus. |
