Default CPU Warning popup when there is CPU power to spare

HI there,

earlier on GovrCheeze posted a thread with this titel and the text:
I have been getting these error messages lately that say i am out of CPU and should remove some plugins or increase my hardware buffer. The only thing is, my CPU meter will float around 25-30 percent. Every now and then i can see that it must have spiked for a milliseccond because the cpu meter holds the red light; but the system doesn't stop everytime this happens. Also; this didn't happen until a few months after my installation and use of ptmp.

I do have the same problem with my Pentium 3,2GHZ and 4 Gig memory. I also hear around the time of the error message clicks when using the RTAS instrument plugin. Futhermore, the RTAS plugin software is on my D disk, this is also the disc where I put my Protools audio projects.

Can Anybody help me?? (I did the general trouble shooting, although the deleted Digidesign Databases folders for all hard drives, seems to be there again after using protools, is that correct??).

Thanks,
Thijs
