Success. The uninstaller was the key to removing my start up nag.

I have one more problem/question. I downloaded pro tools 11 as instructed by the AVID site, used the I Lock usb key etc. My question is where do I download "AIR Creative Collection". When I went back to the download center and entered my authorization code, it told me I have no more downloads left. Did I miss something or did the "AIR Creative Collection" come with my original download of pt11?

OOPs. Forget that one, I figured it out. It was in my "Licenses: Pro Tools 11 Bundle" products available to download. Downloading now and taking the rest of the night off. Peace to all.

It's accurate as far as the manual way to do it, but a lot of people still aren't aware of the Waves uninstaller, because they didn't always have it. So in that sense I think Sweetwater should add that into the article as well. It turns out that using the uninstaller helped the OP. No big deal. You always give great advice and help, so I didn't want you to think I was saying anything negative about you.

It's an "ALT" key, the symbol that looks like an option.

No worries and as it turned out to be the installer I missed that as we have always installed over the old Waves installer. I was refering to the plist article on SweetWater as being correct.
I agree 100% about adding that and I apologize if i was rude, not my imtention at all

Thank you for jumping in and helping out.

Best Regards
Christopher
