Default Calibrating Faders?

The physical fader position on my PC is slightly at variance with the on screen fader position. For example: An on screen channel reads 0.0dB and the on screen fader is precisely positioned at 0dB. However the PC fader is actually positioned slightly above 0dB, between 0 and +3dB. This is true for all faders on all channels of both my main unit and the fader pack.

I can live with this, it's only a slight annoyance but I would prefer if there were something I could do to more precicely match the position of the PC fader with the on screen fader. Is there any way to do this?

BTW, I'm using PT5.

Thanks,

Greg

Is everyone ignoring me or is mine an isolated case or is it just that no one has an answer?

Hey Greg,

Not ignoring you! Did you try the recal function? UTILITY>TEST>FADER>RECAL will reset the faders to factory defaults. We test them and align them here to very strict tolerances. If they are out by as much as you say and a recalibration doesn't fix it, I'd give CS a call and see if your unit needs to be looked at.

Hope this helps.

Thanks George,

I've done a recal. Perhaps I'll get on the blower.
