Default -9514 error on PT10 HD2 system

Just upgraded to PT10 HD (actually HDX but still waiting on update to install the card).

Loaded up perfectly the first time. Rebooted and I get the 9514 "Could not allocate memory for the disk cache" when loading.

I deleted preferences and all that jazz like suggested. Still no luck.

I did a reformat because maybe something went wack in the upgrade process. I make sure to install everything as admin.

Works perfectly the first them then 9514 after a reboot.

Tried the entire reformat process again and the exact same thing 3 times in a row.

I saw one other person mention this issue but theirs was resolved installing as admin. Any other suggestions?
