duplicate notes problem in 11

having a duplicate midi note problem in 11.x
seems i'm getting a little tiny midi note underneath a normal recorded
midi note.
is anyone else seeing this?
purchased 11 to take advantage of the extra power but get stuck using 10
to record midi vi's.
midi records fine in 10. same computer same vi but does not record well in 11
i''m using a MIDI I/O as my midi interface.
remove duplicate notes is not an option
picture shows each tiny note after i slid notes up half step

i have exactly the same problem. i am using m-audio axiom pro 61. all is ok in protools 10 but in protools 11 i get double notes.
this is driving me mad!
anyone help please

FIXED!
this is what worked for me - launch a session in protools 11 then -
Setup>MIDI>Input Devices - then deselect any duplicated axiom keyboards including emulated - thats it!
