eleven rack latency after updating to pro tools 10.3

hi,

after updating to pro tools 10.3 after i've encountered a weird latency issue that never was before, even when playing through the 11r when pro tools is off... playing on a 512 buffer as i used to resolve with a clear latency, 128 is better.
anyone else feels the same ?
