Default United We Stand?

Hello!

I notice, that we have both Mac and PC discussions in the same forum, these days. Will that change? It’s time consuming to get halfway through a post, only to find out, that you can’t help, because it’s not your platform.

There haven't been a lot of issues lately that are unique to one platform. I prefer seeing it all together.

I used to have that problem until I got used to read the address of the post before reading, it was harder for me to see because I browse with Tapatalk most times.

By "the address", do you mean, the "signature"?

Your signature tells me, that you are a Windows person.

"Ottawa" doesn't tell me that.

I hope it doesn't change. There are those that have a foot or have had a foot in both computer camps and can help out both at times. Besides there are too many sub-forums as it is

Keep them together please. In addition to the observation that Bob O. makes re: problems, many discussions related to PT usage/functionality have nothing to do with OS. And yes, there are a number of us using PT under both OS's. Something I never would have considered in years past.

There is already a subform for Protools for Windows and another one for Protools for Mac. If the request is for a separate Windows and Mac forum just for Protools 2018.x, then I understand. That may just fragment the forums even further, which not everybody wants.
