Very long delay generating MIDI time code.
I just got a MOTU Micro Express for the sole purpose of generating and chasing timecode.
Chasing isn't too bad, about 3 seconds to lock, but generating timecode is taking 6 to 8 seconds or more! I've tried this on two systems. an HD3 and an Mbox 2 Pro. Both systems run 10.3.3 and the newest MOTU Clockworks drivers. Back before USB, I had an ADB port Midi timepiece that worked almost as fast as a SYNC. Any clues as to why it's taking so long to spit out code? Thanks, Michael |
