Runtime error when importing audio
I'm running PT 10 on an I7 system, quad 3.4 g , 1 TD HD, windows 7 64 Bit. I tried importing audio of the DVD drive to a new track and repeatedly get a Runtime error message. PT freezes and I have to reboot. has anyone else experienced this and is there a likely cause and easy remedy?
Thanks, Peter |

Re: Runtime error when importing audio
Thanks for that. I ran a registry scan to see if that would fix it which somehow led to a drop in volume of over 50% when I re-oponed Protools. Not so worried about importing music from discs anymore. Point taken about ripping tracks first.
Is it worth going back to 9.0.5? I seemed to have far fewer issues, if any, with it. Peter M |
