Trying to renew support plan

I'm within the 30 day grace period but I don't have the option to renew. Any help would be appreciated.

I had a similar issue.
Call them- it might take multiple phone calls.
I ended up making 4.

Either goto Avids website linl below or use a trusty reseller. Same pricing will apply so I would use the Avid shop I link to here.

Make sure you purchase the correct renewal foruour exact PT version.

Thanks. I went to the link and clicked "renew now" but it brought me back to my account page where it says that my plan is active but I can't click on anything to renew it.

Under My Products > Pro Tools there should be an option, what do you see?

You need to Add to Cart and that worked here as a test. Let us know if you still cant renew.

I can't add it to the cart. As soon as I click Renew Now it immediately goes to My Account.

What number did you call? They won't let me speak to a human unless I have an active plan.
