Until it doesn't work. Any company that doesn't look to its customers first is a doomed company.
Obviously, the new "plan" is HUGELY unpopular and people are leaving in drones, not buying anymore equipment, or sticking with PT11.

As a shareholder, I'd be a bit more worried.
