I have sold a couple of my old interfaces 003 rack and MBox2 Pro. I have sold them with Pro Tools LE8 (I have stated that one of hte PTLE has been used for PT9 cross-grade). Will I need to fill out a transfer of ownership form? I have read the other posts however, both the PTLE8 auth's are not present in my Avid account or in the download section (just PT9 and Melodyne Essential).

I would provide the transfer of ownership to your buyers. This would allow them to take advantage of current and future trade in programs if they decide to upgrade.
