How long does it take the HD Upgrade renewal to show up? [SOLVED]
I just renewed the Annual Upgrade Plan for our HD license (and added the Complete Plugin Bundle) for our building's HD system yesterday.
But I haven't received any confirmation email with licenses and no new products have shown up in the Products Not Yet Downloaded section of the Avid Account. The expiration for the HD license still says February 1, 2018. Should I just keep waiting?
