Question Insert key non existent on EuControl (Win7)

Hi any ideas are greatly appreciated. I am using wavelab and I wish to create new temporary marker. On windows you just hit Insert and it shows up. When programming the key commands there is no insert key.... Any thoughts?? I am trying different combos...ugh pain
