Default Waves 25th Anniversary updates
Waves is having a(nother) big sale on their plugins for their 25th anniversary.

They have updated Q10, Audiotrack and L1 Ultramaximizer with a new GUI for their anniversary. Don't seem to need to be WUPed to download them with the new GUI as long as you have a license for them.

Yup, better looking interface but the same sound. I installed my updates last night and tried out L1. Still sounds exactly the same - new skin.

I found the new GUI for Audiotrack to be off-putting. Rather than being able to see and understand what each control did, there would have to be some guessing to figure things out. Thankfully the old GUI is still available. (Not that I use Audiotrack.)

So, this Anniversary sale, how long does it last ... ?

I might look into the Diamond Bundle upgrade.
Price is good on that one ...

Check the upgrade price at Audio Deluxe. I just got a screaming good no brainer deal through them. Of course I also has NLS already.

Actually I heard reports of them sounding different. But there seems to be a Legacy mode you can engage.

I haven't used them, old or new, so I can't comment from a personal perspective.
