Help with HD annual licence plan and upgrade renewal!
Hi,
I dont know if someone from Avid (Jeffro?) can chime in about this. I renewed my support plan yesterday with Sweetwater. I have my new support plan in my account. But my ilok licence manager did not syncronise or received the new licence. I still have my expired licence (jan 25th 2018) in my ilok account. I can use Pro Tools (i'm still on 12.6) because of my perpetual licence but i cant have access to the Pro series plugins and i have to deliver mixes that uses these plugins to a client. I contacted Avid support this morning but they dont seem to understand the issue. They are telling me that i need a Pro compressor licence, etc... Please help, i've already lost a full day of work!
