Disappearing Plugs?
I recall reading horror stories about this and figuring it's something that only happens to Other People. Dumb hubris on my part.
Yesterday I removed some expired demo plugs from my folder. The next time I opened up PT I discovered to my horror that my most beloved DuY plugs (Dad Valve, DaD Tape, DuY Shape) had vanished from the list of inserts. I looked in the folder itself, yep, they're still there. I've not yet dug out my old authorizer floppies (yep, I'm still on my 9600/G3) and see what's what with that, but I did dump all my preferences, etc., to no avail. Fortunately for me, Xavi and his peeps are most understanding and helpful, so I will surely get back up and running before too long, but I'd like to avoid this sort of thing from happening again in the future with other plugs. Any advice? Thanks, all... ------------------ Eric Bazilian/The Mousetrap "Music Is Good"
