Default Problem with elastic audio on multi-mic drums

Hi all,

I recently recorded drums for a band, after the recording the bandmembers decided the tempo was a little too slow, and should be raised from 122BPM to 127 BPM.

I have read the Pro Tools guide and watched quite a few youtube-vids, but most of them seem to be oriented towards sample-users.

Anyway, when I view the individual drumtracks in Workspace I see that the elastic analysis gives completely wrong and different tempos per track.
Most of them are pretty close to 122, some are quite far off. As a result, I run into all sorts of problems while trying to raise the tempo.
In workspace, I can choose to clear the elastic analysis, but after I do that and try to make the tracks conform to 122bpm-session-tempo, I'm back to the wrong analysis.

I honestly don't know what to do anymore, does anyone know how to get an accurate elastic analysis or how to manually set a tempo?

Huge thanks in advance!

Does anyone know how I can

To change the tempo, you really don't need to view the markers. Just run this routine(starting at the original 122 tempo).
1-Consolidate all audio tracks so they all start at the same grid line, and end at the same grid line(so every audio file is exactly the same length)
2-Set all audio tracks to TICKS mode
3-enable Elastic Audio on your audio tracks using the appropriate algorithms(like Rhythmic for drums,Monophonic for bass/vocals, etc)
4-go to the tempo setting and change it to 127
5-cross your fingers, hit PLAY and see what you have
(not that all this never requires you to even see the WARP markers)
