Default Mad Delay in 7.1

Hello digi fam. I updated to 7.1 yesterday and didn't notice any problems until one of me sessions today where i began to run into mad delay on the vocal tracks. I wasted at lest and hour and a half trying to figure out what the hell was going on. I checked my pre amp which is a trakmaster pro. But that wasn't it , I still unplugged my mic from it and went straight to the 002's pre's but i still kept experiencing delay. I just wanted to know if anyone else had this problem and if so how did you remedy it? so until i find a solution I went back to 7.0.
