Where to download Hybrid?

I received a PT 110 textbook in my PT 110 class, and the book came with an authorization code for the plug-in of my choice. I used it to download an authorization for Hybrid to my iLok, but I never got any info on how to download the actual software! I searched all over the Avid site, and finally I found a link to download Hybrid 1.6, but it must be the wrong version, because it doesn't recognize my authorization.

I've looked around at this and other forums, and looks like this is a fairly common problem, but the only solution I've seen is from people who said they contacted Avid. But how in the world do you contact Avid?! I've searched their site from top to bottom, and all I've found is a page telling me to PURCHASE a support code! Argh! Does anyone know how I can get some help from these people, without having to pay? Thanks.

Beware that the are three different iLok licenses for Hybrid (1.0, 1.5, 1.6). You probably got the license for 1.5.
