Eleven Rack Freeze At Power On 8-0

OK...I'm not panicking yet, but the other night I hit the switch on my Furman, which powers on my Eleven Rack, whose switch is always on and it fired up, but simply froze on the first/welcoming Eleven Rack screen with the bar scrolling across the bottom (it just kept scrolling, left to right). I waited several minutes for it to flip over to the preset view as it usually does, but it didin't. I ended up flipping the Furman switch off, waited a few seconds and flipped it back on to the Eleven Rack powering up as normal.

A quick search here doesn't seem to reveal anyone else having this issue, so I thought I'd ask: anyone else have this happen??? Please don't die on me my beloved Eleven Rack.

Did you recently update your drivers or messed with the Eleven Rack drivers on your PC/mac?

I ask because I had a similar problem when an update didn't fully take (power shortage at my house) and I started up again and my Eleven Rack totally froze ... I completed/restarted the update and it came back as usual ... This was in the first month or so when I got it and hasn't happened since so it was a "freak occurence".

Still, these kind of things make your heart stop for a moment ...

If it happens again I'd reset your firmware and see if happens again And I don't know but maybe you need to manually turn off the Eleven Rack? I'm a total n00b at these things but it might be like a computer thing where the Eleven Rack needs to power itself off in a correct way ... Maybe someone knows something about this?

At the time this did this, the PC it's connected to was not even on and I have not altered anything - other than presets, at all.

Like I said; it hasn't happened since, but I've only had it on a few more times since then. I plan to spend some time with 'er today.

FWIW, I turn on each piece of hardware in stages, usually a second or two between them rather than having 'one switch' fires up all at once.
