Default Playback related problem

I've got a small problem regarding playback that I can't find a solution for in the reference guide. It's probably in there somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. I've tried searching the DUC as well.

The problem is; when I hit space to play a selection and then stop it again, the selection resets. Also, when I play back without having made a selection first, it always plays back from where it last stopped. This is very frustrating, because it means that I have to move the cursor back every time if I want to hear a certain part of a mix.

How can I make it so that the playback starts from where I have selected every time I press play?

Thanks for any input.

With keyboard focus on(the little A...Z symbol on the upper left of the edit window), just hit the N key(real easy to bump that when you hit the spacebar too)

Thanks a lot, that really made my day!

I must have pressed the N key earlier by a mistake, probably when hitting the space bar like you said.

I make that goof once a day but the real PITA that I have yet to figure out is what combo I hit that seems to disable the letter keys completely. I managed to fix it once by pure luck but twice I have had to reboot(I can save and close but can't Save As because I can't type in a new name).
