No downloads in Masteraccount

I wanted to download an older Version of PT cause 12.1 was a bit laggy on El Capitan. So I've searched my Avid Masteraccount for the downloads in the "my products" section. But there are only available downloads for PT 12.4 (which I'm not allowed to use - expired upgrade plan...). I contacted the Support Team and they mailed me a download link for version 12.3.1. So far so good but i don't need a newer version I need the OLDER ones.. (the graphical problem hasn't been solved until 12.5 or something)
how do I get my old downloads for 12.0 or even 11.3 back
