Pro Tools First Creativity Pack download problem

Hi

Having just purchased a focusrite scarlet solo studio pack, I have installed nearly all the free plugins apart from 7, that when i click on them nothing happens.

I have downloaded and installed every other plugin from the avid my products page but still have 7 to download, and i really need these for guitar.

Has anyone ever had this problem or know of a solution?

Focusrite’s PT First Creativity pack is available from your Focusrite account. That’s where you’ll find the instructions on how to install and register them.

Anything from Avid can be installed via Avid Link.

Thanks for the reply, I have self solved the issue by using a different browser which worked.

BUT, now I have the issue of installing Plugsound Avid edition 2.25GB, I downloaded it, but when i click the file the attached pop up message appears saying "Unable to mount the volume from" SEE ATTACHED PHOTO

Any ideas?

I recently picked up an M1 Mac and installed Pro Tools First to test it out. I was having the same message pop up. I've been away from the Mac platform for a lot of years and the new OS and chip has some challenges.

The instructions said to uncompress the file so I downloaded the recommended program only to later realize the file no longer downloads compressed. Further down the instruction sheet it just says to put the file directly into the folder
• On Mac: /Library/Application Support/UVISoundBanks
• On Windows: Program Files\UVISoundBanks

Perhaps you are running into similar?
