Default all midi notes change with one edit?

how come when I record a 4 bar midi part..and go to loop it to say 8 bars, and I want to change the last 2 notes on bar 8...does it change the last 2 notes of every bar 1-8 and not just bar 8?

I guess that you might have all notes selected or you have a quantize setting that makes all the notes change at once.

Try clicking on the screen beside the recorded notes and see if that works and also see if changing the quantize settings to 16 or something

Best Regards

I know what you mean about all the notes being selected, but that's not the case. I'll try the quantizing thing.I've never heard of that causing an issue before , but we'll see
