I have the same issue: 12.7 is installed, but no license yet in iLok account. Avid is the only company to not deposit immediately upon purchase (in my experience). Can we get this sorted out ASAP so I can go back to WORK?

Welcome to the community.

You already have the new bundle in your iLok account... it was deposited 9/27/2016. Please activate the Pro Tools HD Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12+I/O) using iLok License Manager (surrender your 'old' bundle when prompted).

The license just appeared about 10 minutes ago, surrender underway. Thanks for the prompt response!

I deposited a replacement (today), but your account shows one was also deposited 9/27/2016. Will investigate further to try and find out why it was not listed for you.

Yesterday we bought the upgrade from protools 10 and after making the payment appeared protools 12.7 in my products on hold, and no license was deposited in my ilok user, what´s wrong?

I see you have a case in progress, and it looks like the product is correct in your Avid account and the license is activated to your iLok. Please reply to your support case if you need additional assistance. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem. I have a perpetual license, and I bought the annual upgrade yesterday. 12.5 was fine, but 12.7 says there are no licenses available.

Since 12.6 I think it was you need to put a new license asset on your iLok and the old one gets forfitted.
