Default Can't update my support code. [SOLVED]

I renewed my HD support package recently and tried to update my avid account today with the new code.

When I try to enter the new code I get - "Sorry, there was an error redeeming your support code. Please try again or contact Avid Customer Care".....anyone else ever have this?

I've contact Avid but haven't heard back yet, thought I'd see if there was an easy fix here.

Hackintosh 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7 - 10.13.6 -16 gigs Ram - Lynx Aurora 16 Thunderbolt - Protools 2018.7 HD
