OT Waves new IR reverb better than Altiverb?

I am a PC user so I've not used Altiverb.
I just got the IR-1 and love it. It sounds amazing. It's not $700 I got it for $530 shipped to me from Sweetwater.

it can import *.wav impluses I think.
I tried a few files from here , and they worked fine. I think there are some limitations though. The IR-1 comes with a bunch of impulses though. They are listed here . Some of the hardware impluses are high end Lexicon samples. 480 or 960 I think.
