payment for PT Upgrade Plan renewal failed, please help!!!

Hello! I filled my credit card data, confirmed payment using phone and bank system requirements. All was good, logged out from bank site.

Then it took me bak to Avid site and I saw "processing.." and all stucked. What should I do?? There is charge on my bank account, but there is still "PT Plan expired". I have 2 days left to end of my Upgrade Plan (I'm 28 days after it has expired). I'm from Poland, Avid from USA. Probably there was any browser/website error and payment didn't complete on Avid account.. Still waiting.. Support suggested me to buy new plan from Avid Resseler, but..I will spend money 2x, cause there is charge now.

Sorry about the trouble. Checked your case and it shows the Avid rep is working with on this renewal and to make sure you are not charged for the initial transaction. Please continue to work directly with Avid CS on this. Thanks!
