Default Blue The Ball

Has anyone here used Blue The Ball as a male vocal mic? Right now I am using an AKG D3800 as a studio mic to record mainly male vocals (I know, I know..) and was wondering how Blue The Ball compared. They are in the same price range. Or, would it be better to save and just by the Baby Bottle?

Thanks,

Monty
