Pro Tools 12.4 download

I am having some playback issues in 12.5 - I want to try reverting back to 12.4, but I can't locate the download. I'm on Windows.

Where can I get the 12.4 installer?

It should be in your Avid account. Or, maybe in a folder with all your other installers?

Oddly enough I have 12.3 and 12.5, but no 12.4.

I cant find previous versions of v12 anywhere on avid's site. What am I missing?

Did you trash the 12.4 installer when you got 12.5?

Unlike me to do so - but I must have by accident.

Nope not in my account either. Now I did not purchase 12 until 12.4 came out so that was the only installer in my account but now that 12.5 is in my account 12.4 is not there. Which means Avid removed it .

If you have active support why not try and call them and tell them 12.5 is not working and you need 12.4 put back in your account.
I wonder if the noise blast thing has them removing all previous 12's because I noticed all the 11 versions are still in my account ????????

Same story here. Luckily I've gotten in the habit of saving the installers. I'd offer to send it, but the sucker is 1.4 gigs and is the Windows version.
