Upgraded to 10.5.5 and 7.4.2cs2 and now PT wont lauch

Upgraded to 10.5.5 and 7.4.2cs2 and now PT wont lauch

I just upgraded my Quad core G5 to Mac OSX 10.5.5 from 10.4.11? in expectation of PT 8 and now I cant launch Pro Tools 7.4.2cs2

It says

The application Pro Tools LE 7.4.2 quit unexpectedly.

I reinstalled and tried but that didnt work either. I have my 003 powered off to see if it had anything to do but it still does it. Any ideas how to fix it?
