Help! 002 froze and won't switch back on!!

I'm running PT 6.1 on an AMD PC and while a session was playing back it frose and I got an error message saying that PT could no longer communicate with the 002. PT then shut down with the 002 still displaying all the track names etc.

So I thought to turn it off to reset the connection but now when I turn it on all the LCDs light up blank, the mute light comes on, I can hear the fader motors trying to move but none of the Loading... and Validating... messages appear and nothing more happens!

Can anyone suggest any solutions to this problem??
