It's a firmware update that Axiom Pro requires.

Personally, I think it's a HyperControl and Pro Tools functionality problem.

If you didn't have those problems on an ulterior version of PT, and everything worked as they should have on PT 7 or PT 8. Then you know it's PT 9 and what relates to it, that is having the problem, not the controller itself.

True however what happens when symptoms were observed with previous configurations of revision and controller and the addition of a new revision accumulates more symptoms? Should I take the kid to the doctors?

I have a Axiom Pro 61 using with Pro Tools 8 (latest version 8.0.4) and have the same problems. Starts working fine and soon after that the display freezes when in instrument mode and that's it...

Can you recreate this freeze phmrodrigues? Can you create a list of steps to go through to recreate this freeze?

Anyone experiencing problems like this on the Windows PC front?
Mine works great.

On Mac Osx the behavior seems erratic. Pressing the numeric keypad (3) toggled between the mix window and midi edit window.

When prefs are trashed and new session is started, all works as it should until you close session and relaunch at later time.

I wonder if this is why new axioms were produced with DirectLink.
It seems that Avid/Maudio are trying to quietly bury hypercontrol and sweep this under the rug. I hope that this is not the case.
