+1 Same issue. Windows7 Pro64 ProTools 10.1.2

Terrible. Have resorted to printing to an audio track. Seems to work fine, but what a pain.

FWIW, trashing prefs and restarting worked for me.

I had this issue as well, until I moved my session to the local disk drive. After that it worked perfectly first try. it's definitely worth a try if it's not stored locally already.

I've not bounced anything for a while, but I tried it today and remembered how to fix it.

1 - Bounce to disk

2 - Convert during bounce

3 - And this is the important bit! You need to save the bounced files on the exact same audio drive that you are working on.

This works every time for me, hopefully it will work for you.

The solution for me was to change the destination harddisc.
My HD was almost full approx 1.4 GB left and I just used another internal HD in my Mac Pro for the bounce and the problem was solved.
