Fader Display Values
I've lost the ability to display fader level values when I touch a fader. Even when I toggle the Disp Mode on the console I can't get it to behave normally i.e. Track Name until I touch it then it turns to values. It must be a preference somewhere does anyone now where?

Known bug from an earlier version. What version are you using? Definitely not a problem with Pro Tools 8 and there was a 7.4cs version that fixed this too.

Protools 8.0cs2. I think My D-Control is going weird. It wouldn't let me preview a trim as well. A reboot fixed that but I've rebooted numerous times ,switched the console off and on but to no avail. Is there a pref anywhere that might have got changed by accident?

There's the pref "TchVal" which turns this on and off but what you described sounded like the bug where it just stops working on its own.
I've definitely not seen this in Pro Tools 8 so I don't know what might be going on with your system.
