Default Huge ilok issue

I just recently bought an ilok to sync up some plug ins that I bought . I went to ilok.com to sync everything up and it shows all my plug ins on the ilok itself. However, when I go to run pro tools it will find my pro tools 7.4 upgrade on my ilok but it cannot find any of the other plug ins.

Can anyone explain how it can find one thing on the ilok but not the other 24 plugs? I am at my wits end trying to figure out how to get these working. I have re-synced everything and still the same problem.

Someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you need to download the latest drivers from the ilok site.

Installing each plug in was where you click the box next to each plug name, then yes I did. If this is not the case then I really don't know. I also did install the latest drivers and it still is not picking them up. I just don't get why all but one thing on my ilok aren't working. I'm sure it's user error, I just can't figure it out.

Also, Dutch are you the same person with the ebay account?

Just download the actual software for installing the plug-in you bought.

Go here:
http://www.digidesign.com/index.cfm?...id=141&mkt=all
Select the plugin, click download, install the plugin.
After that read the manual before posting.

Studio,

I have already done this to no avail. Thanks for the help but this isn't the problem nor is it from not reading the manual.

Are the plugins in your plugins folder, the one that's at Application Support/ Digidesign/ Plugins? Do they show up in your plugins list in an open session, but just not authorized?

The plugs were not in the folder. I tried to download everything again this morning and same thing. They also do not show up grayed out in pro tools either. I have followed every manual, tutorial, website and it just is not working. [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep] this ilok garbage.

Are you making sure that, during the install procedure for each plugin, the install destination is the afore mentioned folder. It's never not worked in any case that I have heard about, so it is a bit of a mystery as to why the plugins do not end up in that folder when you install them. Also, this folder is the default install location for any Pro Tools plugin.
