midi ? + record latch ?

hi ...been getting stuck midi notes ..since my last update...i was hoping this latest update with tiger...(which by the way has been workin' no problems)...would fix the problem but i'm still gettin' stuck notes...i'm using softsynths...mach ..virus ...sampletank...ect..anyone else having this issue....

also...is there a way to unlatch record mode from an audio track when recording a midi track....i know it's possible from midi to midi and audio to audio....hope you understand my question ..thanks ...
