Default Peak LED stays on - Huge issue!!

Hi all,

I have an mbox original and a mac mini 1.5ghz core solo. I just finished upgrading my ram to 2gb's in my mac mini. Everything was fine before and now whenever I start the mac, the mbox peak light for source 1 input stays lit. this is causing the audio that the mbox is processing to sound distorted. Nothing is plugged into source 1, i have disconnected and reconnected, trashed prefs and ddb's, installed the latest mbox firmware, made sure my clock source is set to internal and unplugged everything other than the usb cable at the back of the mbox.

Any ideas? Have i fried my mbox?

Neil.
