Error message come on/ I MEAN REALLY HELP ME!!!

I have a mbox 2 and whenever I try to launch it this comes up,
componentrogram files
file group: ptfolder.icm
file: <icon path>\
error: the filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

How can I fix this problem and prevent it from happening in the future?

Can someone give me intrakit detail concerning my "MAJOR PRIORITY" SITUATION with my m box 2.
It does not light up.I tried to re-install the program the message up top pops up. Did I damage are something >:{But my computer works fine nothings wrong with the cpu.HHHELPPPP MMEEEE!!!!!pretty please.........with candy coated sprinkles thanks

Have you actually installed it? You know, followed the instructions in the Getting Started Guide? Or is this what you get when you try to run the installer?

It sounds like you need to re-install.
