Plugin presets don't load into Plugin's-Why?

Plugin presets don\'t load into Plugin\'s-Why?

I have been working on a PT's rig at another studio. For some reason the presets don't appear in the plugins. When this happened on my system, I just trashed all the Digi prefs and they reappeared upon rebooting.

That didn't work for this other rig I'm using....any ideas?
