Well, the proof is of course in the listening, but I wouldn't get too excited. These plugins are just too dsp-efficient. I'd say that the Massenburg is the current benchmark. It's a "pure" eq, with no added non-linearities, and even so, look at how much dsp it requires. I doubt that there's any free lunch in dsp land. (I'll try the demo when I get a chance, just in case, but my expectations are very low.)

It would be great if george Massenburg would give us an addition to his eq that copied the API's "Q" curves. Hmmm, I'll have to ask him about that one!

Well I guess most people will test it to find out if it sounds EXCATLY like a real Neve or API, and I KNOW most of them will be disappointed, because plugins never ever sound excatly like the real thing.
Just like that Impact bus-compressor; a lot of people will expect it to sound like an SSL bus-compressor.And after they've heard it, the die-hards will say that it doesn't sound the same.
Just like all Bombfactory-plugins.

But hey, what do you expect?
Just be glad if the plugin will even get passed iLok!

After getting a password sent from the site, I click on the link and it says "Server Not Found."

Hmmm.

Hmmmmm, let me think. $900 for a couple of plugin eq's. Sounds like another TDM bargain!!!

Nothing beats the 7,000 USD Waves bundle (not including Surround obviously)
Well the BF Plutonium for 2,500 is a good competitor (the 1,500 'value' version is not usable with HD !!!)
Hope for Pluggo !
