Protools 12.7 Monthly Subscription … Clarification

little confused and I need some clarification

The price for monthly Subscription is $29.99
I'm on Protools 11.3
I paid for the Advertised subscription but when it ran through it became 37 Euros
and i was charged in the End the equivalent of $38.00!!!

I am assuming its because i was on 11.3 before purchasing the subscription is that correct ?

I wanted to try it out and Im very happy with it so I'm considering going for the special on the Upgrade but i just want to make sure I'm not going to be surprised again when the transaction runs through!!??

Yes I checked all that , There is reference to Subscription and Upgrade plan in the Invoice
That is why I'm asking if its because i was on 11.3 , there is no extra fees in invoice and Tax is included in the total of 37 Euros

It has nothing to do with 11.3. The subscription price is the same whether you have a previous version of Pro Tools or not. Sales tax is included only in euros and gbp, so even in the U.S you end up paying more than $29.99 (I don't know how much I'm in Canada and I'm on the annual plan) - it's not false advertising either.

Ok great the reason why i am asking is that I plan to Upgrade to the $299 plan but I have a budget and i want to know if I'm going to end up paying $388 !! Its a concern not a Criticism the Invoice i received said that Tax is included
