Hello
pc1) my fast track pro on win 7 sp1 64 bits on a portable fujtsu and last driver 2013 gives almost straight the device with all the leds green and blue on and after a while blue screen dumping memory ( i read) and: finito kaputt! pc2) in another pc dell same 64 bits win 8.1 old pc , (intel centrino) it works first almost good for 10 minutes then starts to record strange noises and goes in distortion ( audacity) and then again red and blue lights on. pc3) on a samsung win 7 and 32 bits it looks to have the least problems. pc is 6 years old is an r519. all three computers are with the same drivers and cables (3 different usb cable used) and so on. sometimes as well thre are problems but . there i can still reord some songs but i am terrified to upgrade to win 10. what can i do? |

Hi, your posts have been moved to their own thread as it was off topic of the original (win10) thread.
What computer do you want to use the FTP on? Please post a Sandra report (see this link), and please post the specifics about any error you get when trying to use it, and what specifically you are doing when you get the error. Also, it is a good starting point to go through this Optimization Guide. Joel

Ok thanks Joel. I reported the suspect that with 32 Bits it works and with 64 doesn't. forgive if i did it in the wrong place. i hope it was forworded to the right place/people to give an hint. I hope it will be solved soon and i can use the fast track pro also on a 64 bits pc.
