Default Sync problem
When I sync my mpc5000 with PT's .....my PT's records my drums only in double time....so if im recording, and my tempo is 80 on PT's, i hear 160(I set tempo to 40 to rec @80).....when I record vocals its fine....

Somehow I got my protools in a mode where...when im syncing my mpc5000 with PT's, (midi time code).....when I go to rec. (the audio into PT's)....protools tempo is double the speed....so if I want the tempo to rec. @ 90bpm i have to set my bpm to 45bpm on protools.....thank you for your help..

Looks like a time issue, are the 2 systems synchronized via MIDI time code?
