Default Converting back to 7.4?

I am currently running Pro Tools 8.0.4
I have piano and bass tracks recorded. I am going to a studio to record drums that is running Pro Tools 7.4
How do I convert my sessions so they are compatible?
Also, the piano is Midi Grand; will that plug in work on 7.4?

Print your tracks starting from zero and start a new session. Then bring your new session (created with PT7.4) and open it in PT8 and import your old stuff back.

I don't remember 100% but I believe Mini Grand was introduced in PT8 so you need to at least print that. You only have two tracks, why not print both? Saves you a lot of time on the other studio. If both tracks start from zero, it is easy to create a new session and add that audio to a two new tracks.

I'm sorry but what do you mean by "print your tracks starting from zero"?

Select timeline starting from zero ending shortly after the last note (if you want to include reverb tail for example), then hit solo on that Mini Grand instrument track, then bounce it out and there you have your instrument track printed out as WAV.

The same Audio Files folder that is used for the other content in your session (everything in the regions list).

I'm really confused:
I looked it up online and it says to choose "Save Copy In" when a session is open and from the drop down menu I should be able to select 7.4
However my drop down menu lists only:

Latest
PT 5.1-6.9 session
PT 5.0 session
PT 4 24 bit session
PT 4 16 bit session
PT 3.2 session

Does anyone have ideas about this?
Thank you.

7.x-9.x are the same session format but audio file waveform overviews changed form 8 bit to 16 bit at PT 8
