Well I can tell you that example 2 is delay, not reverb. It' very subtle, and the high end is rolled off to a certain extent (a common technique).

The other reverbs may just be much higher quality reverbs than the typical ones that come with Protools. They may be hardware devices, or high end TDM based plugins. I say this because there's nothing that stands out as a unique setting. And these sound like professional, major label quality, so they may have had access to some unique gear.

The most important question is; what reverb plugins do you have available? I would start with a good plate(which means no Dverb). I use the IK Classik Reverb plate for vocals a lot with great results. Slower songs get more pre-delay(80-165ms) and reverb time of 2.5 to 3.2 seconds. Faster tempo songs get shorter pre-delay(20-40ms) and shorter decay(1.9 to 2.5 seconds). The settings are only a guide as each brand of reverb may need tweaking to some degree(in other words, these settings on a Lexicon may sound totally different).

Everything I've heard about this plugin (lexicon PCM Native) is that it sounds incredible, but it is expensive. It normally sells for $1500 but you can sometimes find it for less than that.

I doubt anyone will complain about the sound of Lexicon reverbs, but they are not cheap. Some budget alternatives:
IK Multimedia Classik Reverb
Overloud Breverb
TL Space (with 3rd party IR's like those from Bricasti)
